**JOB PURPOSE**
- To assist Head Chief Retail Officer by facilitating effective decision making and smooth & efficient convergence of information flowing in and out of the HO. Support formulate the annual and perspective long term business plan, Track and Monitor Plan, Variance and Analytics, monthly reports and key agenda covered in meetings required for implementing key business strategies. Custodian of the KPI tracking and monitoring of entire Ops team- ACCOUNTABILITIESACTIVITIES

**1**
- Strategy & Operational Planning for Retail Marketing (Critical Tasks, Annual KPIs, expansion strategies)- Design Retail volume expansion strategies for long to short term (1 to 5 years)
- Provide risk weightage Capex infusion plans, manpower demand forecast and opex projections
- Incorporate the new KPI and projects in to the retail operations strategy piece aligned with organisational timelines and objectives
- Cascade overall ABP to RO-wise/Division wise targets for better tracking and focus on KPIs
- Advance analytics of all business KPI objectives, tracking and updating zones for necessary course correction.
- Keep projects on schedule
- Prepare annual KPI objectives for entire team in line with the Ops Strategies Tracking updating and monitoring KPIs**3**
- Sales schemes and network benefits- Formulate annual flagship incentive program (Club Platinum) to achieve the volume growth objective for the network.
- Prepare key strategies like sales promotion schemes on behalf of Head Retail Ops and track their effectiveness
- Streamline the channel incentive to work within the allocated budget and prepare a detailed financial model for the same.
- Design timely seasonal boosters as short term market interventions to capture the incremental volume in market on a self-funding basis
- Track the performance of schemes for their penetration, budget allocation and volume output.

- Business Analytics and Insights- Perform data analysis as per the requirement to draw insights and provide inputs to senior leadership for decision making/trouble shooting.
- Leverage data from the CRM tools to analyse bottle neck in current process and a rectification plan.
- Conceptualise dashboard for key projects to review performance bottlenecks
- To prepare backup materials for various strategic white papers and NFAs
- Exception, Lead and Lag reports to HOD

- Performance Metrics- Map the performance evaluation matrix for Retail Ops Zonal Teams aligned to the mission and vision of the organisation
- Provide timely rank ordering of team members based on selected KPIs
- Co-ordinate with various teams including HR for processes pertaining to operations team

- To manage proposals and approvals for the Head Retail- To collect all possible background information and prepare answers for all possible question before putting up proposals for the CRO Approval
- To properly channelize all proposals from zones, divisions before finally taking them up with the approving authorities.
- To ensure proposal document is supported by all other relevant documents required for decision making on the approval

- Special Projects- Device end to end roll out plans for strategic initiatives with complexity to encompass execution to the last mile.
- Identify opportunities to maximise/optimise revenue or volume in retail space and design a roadmap to capture the same Work closely across the department and external vendors for projects spanning across the organisation.**SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE**
