**Job Summary**:The Sales Manager is responsible for leading a sales team, driving sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. They oversee the sales process, develop and implement sales plans, and manage client relationships to maximize profitability.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.

**Strategy Development**: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and ensure strong market presence.

**Sales Performance Analysis**: Analyze sales data, track progress, and generate reports on sales performance.

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.

**Sales Forecasting**: Forecast sales and set appropriate performance goals.

**Budget Management**: Manage and allocate budgets for sales activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitors' activities to effectively position products in the market.

**Collaboration**: Coordinate with marketing, product, and other teams to maximize sales efforts and drive business growth.

**Recruitment**: Participate in recruiting and training sales staff, conducting performance evaluations, and providing ongoing coaching and support.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

**Qualifications**:
**Proven Experience**: Previous successful experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

**Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and managerial abilities to lead and inspire a sales team.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Analytical Skills**: Proficiency in analyzing sales performance and market trends.

**Strategic Thinking**: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

**Customer Focus**: Strong customer relationship management skills.

**Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.

**Bachelor’s Degree**: Typically in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field.

**Working Conditions**:Sales Managers usually work in an office setting but may require travel to meet clients or attend conferences, industry events, or training sessions.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
