**Job Overview**:
As a Sales Executive at Packwingz, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by promoting our innovative packaging solutions within the food industry. This role involves building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and working collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of successful sales experience in the manufacturing or food industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results.
- Knowledge of packaging solutions and the manufacturing and food sector is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential clients in the manufacturing or food industry to expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their packaging needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams to ensure effective communication and problem resolution.

**Sales Targets**:

- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive sales activities and effective relationship management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

**Product Knowledge**:

- Stay up-to-date on PackWingz's product offerings, features, and benefits.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our packaging solutions to potential clients.

**Sales Reporting**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for the sales manager and other relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery for clients.

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
