**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively communicate ATS features, benefits, and value proposition to potential customers.
- Build and maintain a lead pipeline, track interactions, and update CRM information.
- Follow up with leads from marketing campaigns to schedule product demonstrations.
- Address customer needs, pain points, tailor product presentations to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop cold calling scripts, objection handling, and sales strategies.
- Meet or exceed targets for lead generation, cold calls and scheduled demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to actively position our product in the market.
- Provide feedback and insights to enhance sales strategies and messaging.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years of proven cold calling and lead generation experience, preferably in the US market.
- Strong knowledge of US market dynamics, business culture, and customer preferences in HR and recruitment technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport and engage potential customers over the phone.
- Result-oriented mindset, driven to achieve sales targets and meet deadlines.
- Resilience and professionalism in handling rejection, objections, and challenging conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in sales tools and technology.
- Strong organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems or HR technology is advantageous.
- Ready to work evening/night shifts in India to reach customers in US time zones.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
