**Profile introduction**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced female Restaurant Captain to join our team. As a pivotal member of our restaurant staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining a smooth dining experience, and leading a team of dedicated professionals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities.
- Ensure efficient and effective communication between the kitchen and dining areas.
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Oversee the training and development of restaurant staff.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with tact and efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food delivery.
- Create a positive and vibrant atmosphere for both guests and staff.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
