Roles & Responsibilities:

- **Reception Duties**: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- **Administrative Support**: Providing administrative support to various departments within the organization, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
- **Customer Service**: Assisting clients or customers with their inquiries, requests, or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- **Booking and Reservations**: Handling bookings, reservations, and cancellations for meetings, conference rooms, or other facilities.
- **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Inputting data into databases, spreadsheets, or other systems, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Mail Handling**: Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages, as well as preparing outgoing mail.
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, such as facilitating communication between departments or arranging logistics for events.
- **Technology Management**: Operating office equipment such as photocopiers, printers, and fax machines, and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- **Security**: Monitoring access to the premises, issuing visitor badges, and ensuring compliance with security protocols.
- **Financial Transactions**: Processing payments, invoices, or expense reports, and maintaining financial records as required.
- **Filing and Organization**: Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems to ensure documents are easily accessible.
- **Multitasking and Prioritization**: Managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing them based on urgency and importance.
- **Professionalism**: Maintaining a professional demeanor and appearance, and adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolving issues or conflicts that may arise in the front office, and escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel if necessary.
- **Communication**: Communicating effectively with colleagues, clients, and visitors, both verbally and in writing.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
