**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle all incoming phone calls promptly and professionally
- Address patient queries and concerns via phone calls and WhatsApp in a compassionate and helpful manner.
- Manage and follow up with leads generated from various sources such as the website, Google, social media, and WhatsApp.
- Assist patients in scheduling appointments with our mental health professionals.
- Educate patients about the range of services offered by Thriving Minds and guide them to suitable options.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with patients and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Provide comprehensive customer support, both over the phone and online.
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication.
- Provide support in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and handling medicalrecords as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and data security.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a call centre.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
- Understanding of medical terms and processes will be advantageous.

**Additional Information**:
**Joining Date**:15th March 2024
**Location**:Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India
**Job Timings**:9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, (1 weekly off)
**Expected CTC**:12,000 - 16,000 INR per month (based on experience and calibre)
**Minimum Experience**:2 years (preferably in a call centre)

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
