Customer Service Coordinator

Roles & Responsibility:
- Handling servicing/repairing issues in Li-ion batteries (2W and 3W) over call
- Responsible for answering the incoming calls of grievances and guiding them appropriately to clients queries.
- Managing complaints and closing them in the prescribed time limit
- Maintain data of service issues/queries on daily basis on CRM software.
- 2+ experience in customer support, customer service and customer handling over call
- Have worked with any CRM earlier
**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
