**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused **Customer Care Executive** to join our team. This role involves providing excellent service to our customers, resolving their queries, and ensuring a seamless experience with our brand, **Chefouse**. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support, we’d love to hear from you.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying the problem and providing appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, feedback, and issues in the company database.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer concerns and improve service quality.
- Assist in handling walk-in customers at the Chefouse Centre of Excellence.
- Promote company products and services to potential customers when required.
- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and support sales through upselling initiatives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
