Job Title:Field Verification Executive

Reports To: Verification Manager / Head of Compliance

Job Summary:
The Field Verification Executive is responsible for conducting on-site visits to verify customer information and documents, with a focus on foreign customers. This role involves direct interaction with customers to collect and validate necessary documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. The role requires flexibility to work early morning shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct field visits to foreign customers' locations to verify information and documentation.
- Collect and review verification documents such as identification, address proof, and other relevant materials.
- Ensure all collected information is accurate and complies with regulatory requirements.
- Record and update customer information in the company's database.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather necessary information and explain verification requirements.
- Provide assistance to foreign customers, including addressing language barriers and cultural differences.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or suspicious activities to the Verification Manager.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Provide regular updates and reports on verification activities to management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient verification processes.
- Stay updated with the latest regulations and guidelines related to verification and compliance.
- Work flexible hours, including early morning shifts, as required.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of verification processes and compliance regulations.
- Experience in handling foreign customers and understanding of international verification requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and verification software/tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts.

Working Conditions:
