**Job Summary**:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract new person to our pre-primary school. This role involves direct interaction with prospective families, community engagement, and executing on-site promotions to increase awareness and drive enrollment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prospective Family Engagement:

- Identify and target potential families through various outreach methods, including local events, community gatherings, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Conduct personalized presentations and school tours for prospective parents and students, showcasing the school’s programs, facilities, and unique selling points.
- Address inquiries and provide detailed information about the school’s curriculum, admission process, and other relevant topics.
- Community Outreach:

- Build and maintain relationships with local community organizations, daycare centers, and other relevant entities to promote the school.
- Participate in and organize community events, school fairs, and parent workshops to enhance the school’s visibility and attract potential families.
- Sales and Enrollment:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed enrollment targets.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert interest into enrollments.
- Manage and track sales activities using CRM tools to ensure effective follow-up and reporting.
- Market Analysis:

- Conduct market research to understand local demographics, competitor offerings, and trends to effectively position the school’s programs.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to refine promotional materials and campaigns.
- Customer Service:

- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current families, ensuring a positive experience throughout the enrollment process.
- Address and resolve any concerns or issues that arise during the sales process.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in education, childcare, or related sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to effectively convey the value of the school’s programs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to promoting the school’s mission and values.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the designated region.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or any field preferred.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the education sector, is highly desirable.
- minimum 2 Year of experience.
