**Responsibilities**:
Identify and Cultivate Business Opportunities:
⦁ Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends.
⦁ Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
⦁ Proactively seek and cultivate new business opportunities.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
⦁ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
⦁ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
⦁ Collaborate with the sales team to drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
Product Knowledge and Expertise:
⦁ Possess a strong understanding of our products and services.
⦁ Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements.
⦁ Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to clients.
Client Relationship Management:
⦁ Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and concerns.
⦁ Foster long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
⦁ Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Market Intelligence:
⦁ Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
⦁ Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and potential opportunities/threats.
Qualifications:
⦁ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
⦁ Proven experience in sales within the IT industry.
⦁ Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
⦁ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
⦁ Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
⦁ Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
