**Your field of responsibility**

Your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing the strategy for hiring campus talent for the assigned portfolio of businesses
- Engaging with senior stakeholders/ business teams to provide advice and mentorship to the assigned portfolio of businesses about the campus hiring process, applicant engagement/ conversions and school strategy
- Implementing innovative ways to source top talent, including efforts to source virtually and engage students through digital tools, and developing key digital branding concepts and materials
- Improving our influence on campus through deep relationships with schools’ career offices, key faculty/deans and important student clubs
- Responsibility for delivering strong conversion rates, improving gender balance across classes and reaching a diverse pool of applicants
- Aligning recruitment with Credit Suisse's gender diversity initiatives ensuring consistency across campus programs and that gender diversity objectives remain central
- Updating databases, trackers and reporting stats and tracking budget spends
- During internships, supporting designated interns and helping to ensure smooth coordination of programs and offboarding
- Facilitating the internship conversion process to full time analysts
- Coordinating and attending recruitment events - potentially presenting at some events
- Collaborating on global and regional campus recruitment initiatives

Credit Suisse’s Experienced and Campus Recruitment team are recruitment specialists and Credit Suisse brand ambassadors, who strategically partner with the business to tackle recruitment challenges, provide direction as a control function and supply to hiring processes.

The role reports into the India Division Campus Recruitment Lead based in Pune India. You will be supporting end to end from planning through execution of your respective business’ campus hires.

**Your skills and experience**

To be successful in this role you will have:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
- Prior campus recruitment experience of at least 5+ years
- Financial Services recruiting background preferred, but not mandatory
- Independent, well
- structured and detail focused with an ability to influence, negotiate and operate in an efficient and confident manner
- Strong communications and presentation skills with an ability to work and forge relationships across stakeholder-levels
- Outstanding problem solving skills and presence to liaise and be credible with senior business leaders
- Outstanding influencing skills; expert at crafting and sustaining relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to demonstrate accountability
- Result oriented with ability to critically evaluate processes
- Capable of working in team across locations and regions
- Enthusiastic approach to work, eagerness to learn with a proactive, can-do, and resilient attitude
- Passion for excelling
- Expert database and MS Office skills - Excel, ATS systems, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
