**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth research on political trends, events, and developments in Maharashtra.
- Analyze data related to elections, political campaigns, and public opinion in the Marathi-speaking regions.
- Monitor and track political news, legislative updates, and social media trends relevant to the local political scene.
- Compile reports, briefs, and summaries to inform content creation for political campaigns.
- Collaborate with content writers, strategists, and campaign managers to provide accurate and insightful information.
- Assist in creating fact-based content for websites, social media, press releases, and other communication channels.
- Ensure all content is culturally and politically sensitive to the Marathi audience.
- Stay updated on the latest political developments and policy changes in Maharashtra.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Marathi (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of Maharashtra’s political landscape, history, and current affairs.
- Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in content creation and reporting.
- Experience in working on political campaigns or with political organizations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Political Science or related field.
- Experience in political research, journalism, or content writing in Marathi.
- Knowledge of SEO and content optimization strategies for digital platforms.
