Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a wide variety of bakery products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies: The Bakery Chef will be responsible for executing the baking process, following recipes, and ensuring the consistent quality and taste of all baked goods.

Develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistent quality and taste: The Bakery Chef will contribute to the menu development by creating and improving recipes, experimenting with flavors, and adapting to customer preferences while maintaining the quality and taste standards.

Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner, paying attention to detail and aesthetics: The Bakery Chef will utilize artistic skills to decorate and present the baked goods in an appealing manner, considering the visual aspect and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies, and place orders when necessary: The Bakery Chef will monitor the inventory levels, track ingredient usage, and ensure an adequate supply of baking ingredients and supplies. They will also be responsible for placing orders to replenish stock as needed.

Collaborate with the bakery team to plan and execute production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of fresh products: The Bakery Chef will work closely with the bakery team to plan the production schedule, coordinate tasks, and ensure that all baked goods are produced and delivered on time while maintaining freshness.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the baking area: The Bakery Chef will follow and enforce strict hygiene and safety standards in the baking area. They will ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and cleanliness to meet health department regulations and maintain a safe working environment.

Train and supervise junior bakery staff, providing guidance and support in various baking techniques: The Bakery Chef will mentor and train junior bakery staff, sharing their expertise and knowledge of baking techniques. They will provide guidance, support, and feedback to ensure consistent quality and promote skill development within the team.

Stay updated with industry trends and innovations, incorporating new ideas into the menu and offerings: The Bakery Chef will keep abreast of the latest baking trends, techniques, and innovations. They will explore new ideas and incorporate them into the menu and bakery offerings to provide customers with fresh and exciting options.

Monitor and control production costs, aiming for optimal efficiency and profitability: The Bakery Chef will be responsible for managing production costs and optimizing efficiency without compromising quality. They will work to minimize waste, control expenses, and contribute to the profitability of the bakery.

Participate in the development of new bakery products and seasonal menus: The Bakery Chef will actively contribute to the creation of new bakery products and seasonal menus. They will bring their creativity, knowledge, and expertise to develop unique and enticing offerings that align with customer preferences and market trends.

Required Work Experience, Skills, or Education:
In-depth knowledge of various baking methods, ingredients, and equipment: The Bakery Chef should possess comprehensive knowledge of different baking methods, a wide range of ingredients, and familiarity with the operation and maintenance of baking equipment.

Creative flair and attention to detail for decorating and presenting baked goods: The Bakery Chef should have a creative eye and attention to detail when it comes to decorating and presenting baked goods. They should be able to create visually appealing products that attract customers.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining quality standards: The Bakery Chef must thrive in a fast-paced bakery environment, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and manage time effectively to ensure the timely completion of baking processes while upholding quality standards.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
