Experience: Min 2 - 3 years of experience as sales executive in real estate firm preferably in commercial properties
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business administration or relevant
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of commercial property market dynamics, including property types, industry trends, and investment strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid real estate license in the applicable jurisdiction(s).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Profile introduction:
As a Sales Executive specializing in Commercial Property, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale and leasing of commercial real estate properties.
Profile Responsibilities:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Identify and qualify potential buyers and tenants for commercial properties through various channels such as networking events, cold calling, online research, and referrals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities for commercial property sales and leasing.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, including property owners, investors, developers, and tenants.
- Understand clients' needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth transaction.
- **Property Evaluation and Presentation**:
- Conduct thorough assessments of commercial properties, including market analysis, property valuation, and financial feasibility studies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive property proposals, marketing materials, and presentations to attract potential buyers and tenants.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Lead negotiations with prospective buyers and tenants to secure favorable terms and agreements.
- Collaborate with legal and financial teams to facilitate the closing process, ensuring all necessary documentation and procedures are completed accurately and efficiently.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the commercial property sector.
- Conduct regular research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Work closely with colleagues across departments, including property management, marketing, and finance, to maximize sales opportunities and achieve business objectives.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and other collaborative activities to share insights and best practices.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
