Position: Holiday Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

Holiday Planning and Sales:
Design and sell personalized holiday packages based on client preferences and budgets.

Provide detailed information about travel destinations, accommodation options, local attractions, and travel requirements.

Tailor itineraries to meet the specific needs and interests of clients.

Customer Service:
Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any travel-related issues.

Maintain regular communication with clients before, during, and after their trips to ensure a seamless experience.

Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.

Booking and Coordination:
Arrange and book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services.

Collaborate with suppliers and service providers to ensure availability and competitive pricing.

Ensure all bookings are accurately recorded in the system and confirmations are sent to clients.

Documentation and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with travel regulations and company policies.

Keep up-to-date with travel advisories, health regulations, and other relevant information.

Sales and Marketing Support:
Participate in promotional activities, including travel fairs and marketing campaigns.

Assist in the development of marketing materials and content for the company’s website and social media channels.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

Reporting and Administration:
Prepare regular sales and booking reports for management review.

Maintain accurate client records and update the customer database.

Handle invoicing and payment collection for booked services.

Qualifications and Skills

**Experience**:
Minimum of one year of experience in a travel agency or a similar role within the travel industry.

**Education**:
Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

**Skills**:Strong knowledge of travel destinations, market trends, and holiday packages.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.

High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Sales-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
