CHANGE Networks is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist with expertise in Microsoft Excel to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong communication skills, impeccable organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to assist with various office tasks and data management responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for guests.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for meeting rooms and company events.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets, track office supplies, and manage inventory.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate in any field or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office including experience with creating and editing spreadsheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
