We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Customer Support Executive to utilize
inbound and outbound calls. The Support Executive’s responsibilities include up-selling our
products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls & chats and assisting with
customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls & chats made and
received.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Generate promising leads from the new and existing customers database
2. Expert in handling customer queries on Web Chat
3. Develope in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable
recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
4. You should also be able to liaise with the appropriate departments to resolve customer
complaints
5. Educate current and potential customers with product and service information
6. Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers
7. Providing an excellent customer service to the customers based on their needs and
capabilities
8. Answering to customers' questions in regards to products and services via chats or calls
**Requirements**:
- Graduate (Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business
administration, or related fields is preferred)
- Proven experience of 1 years working as a Customer Support executive (Blended
process)
- The ability to follow scripts for Chats & Calls
- Strong negotiation and consultative skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Reporting skill is an ad-on
- Typing Speed required: 35-40 WPMEssential Competencies:
- Must be a Graduate (In any Stream)
Good communication skills (English and Local Language)
Experience Required - Minimum 2 - 4 Years in Team Handling(Field sales operation)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manpower Acquisition (BDL has to create a team of its own).
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the team of an assigned location.
Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the team.
Maintaining a proven track record of daily, weekly, and monthly
Responsible for the achievement of targets, and acquisition of merchants/channel partners with daily/monthly targets.
Recruiting and training new sales staff and monitoring the team's sales performance.
Responsible for evaluating Sales team performances, assigning tasks, and providing support to team members.
Maintaining inventory, filling out paperwork after assigning the inventory to team members
**Salary**:
- 3.6LPA max
Mandatory guidelines to be followed:
Age criteria:18 -35

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
