**Client**:AT&T (Valueonshore Payroll)

**Shift**:EMEA (Cabs not provided)

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
**Invoice Validation**:

- Managing Invoice validation and reconciliation
- Invoices adhere to PO value, term, and condition of contract/sow.
- Validation of service deliverance through work order/GPS/GVM

inventory/project team.
- Invoices are timely approved/rejected and accounted.

**Integrated support to Vendor Manager, Account Payable & Supplier**:

- Operational support to vendor managers.
- Facilitating for invoices processing & dispute resolution.
- Operational support for clearing PO exceed hold and auto rejected invoices.
- Supporting supplier for AR reconciliation

**Reports, Monthly Dashboard & Vendor Management**:

- Database management for the Invoices validated.
- Monthly dashboard and saving reports.
- Vendor interaction for account reconciliation, Billing & supplier’s process improvement.
- Internal audit and documentation support.

**Required Skills**:

- Advanced verbal and written communication skills.
- Have a proven high level of dedication and commitment.
- Should have multitasking capabilities
- Be results-oriented and driven, should be able to navigate internally within the systems and tools to ensure deliverables are met.
- Display a proven ability to work under pressure
- Excellent MS-Excel/MS Office suit knowledge

**Qualification**:
Graduate/Postgraduate from a recognized institute

Experience: 2- 4 years of relevant experience

Shift: EMEA

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
