**Position Overview**: As a Social Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and engaging with our target audience across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and execute social media strategies that align with our brand, drive engagement, and contribute to the overall growth of our online community.
**Responsibilities**:
**Strategy Development**: Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target audience demographics.
**Content Creation**: Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
**Community Management**: Monitor and engage with our social media community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
**Google Ads Management**: Plan, set up, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across search, display, and video networks to drive website traffic, leads, and sales.
**Video Content Creation**: Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content tailored for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, Stories, IGTV, and YouTube.
**Video Editing**: Edit raw footage into polished and professional videos that align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience. This includes adding effects, transitions, text overlays, and sound design.
**Campaign Management**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
**Analytics and Reporting**: Utilize social media analytics tools to track key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights for optimization.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and design, to ensure alignment of messaging and brand consistency across all channels.
**Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously optimize social media strategies and tactics.
**Qualifications**:
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field).
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and Google Ads.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools is advantage.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience with paid social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
