Office Coordinator

**Job description**
- Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
- Monitoring customer accounts, Generating quotation, Co-ordinating with accounts department for Invoicing purpose.
- Providing data and reports to help the sales team
- Handling Import/ Export coordination / Purchase & Sourcing as & when required.
- Statistics and administration: Collection of customer and market data, preparation of statistics as well as updating price, spares and delivery data files etc.in order to supply basic data for corporate and capacity planning as well as commercial processes and long-term strategic planning.
- Coordinating in hiring activities of the company.
- Coordinating for Dispatch & Maintain the records.
- Other admin responsibilities.
Job Location - West Delhi, Hiran Kudna More, Nearest Metro station - Ghevra
Office timings : Mon - Fri : 10am to 6pm
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
