**The Visual Designer role at Gain.pro**
We are currently on the lookout for a talented individual to become our first cutting-edge Visual Designer.

In this role, we expect the ability to research, think conceptually and, most importantly, huge creativity.

We would love to work with someone who has a passion and enthusiasm for what they do every day.
As part of the marketing team, you will need to be creative in all areas of design including production, print, digital, social and web and able to develop creative concepts while protecting the Gain.pro brand.

We are a growing company, doubling in size over the last year and set to do the same again, which means we have a vast amount of communications and content to support externally and internally, including ads, motion graphics,
presentations, direct mail, collateral, newsletters and of course our website.

**What will you be responsible for?**
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ideate and execute a wide range of marketing projects that are in line with the Gain.pro brand guidelines
- Designing sales enablement content (e-guides, customer stories, infographics)
- Designing assets for our brand-new Gain.pro events - creating theme, invitations, stage design, event promotion
- Social media outings (ads, posts, short videos)
- Web design (new landing-pages, upgrading existing pages, planning & wire-framing)
- Protecting our brand - you will be one of our Gain.pro brand guardians who makes sure the team follows the guidelines

**Who are you?**

We are looking for a passionate visual designer who...
- Has min. 4 years’ design experience, is highly creative and loves to explore multiple concepts
- Can immerse themselves in our target audience (private equity, M&A, consulting) to deliver designs that speak to them.
- Has great eye for detail and makes sure to always deliver high quality work
- Has strong communication skills - is confident contributing to the entire creative process, discussing creative executions, actively engaging to ensure time efficiencies.
- Has exceptional organizational skills - is a well-organized individual able to work autonomously and demonstrates the ability to prioritize effectively and maximize time.
- Can create print ready documents
- Proves the above with a strong portfolio of projects
- Motion graphic video design skills will be considered a plus
- Strong capabilities in design packages such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc
