**What This Role Is About**:
We are looking for Visual Designers who thrive in ideating and bringing a concept to life using a combination of design first-principles and creative flair.

**What will you do**:
As our visual designer, your responsibilities will include areas of design such as typography, iconography, colour, space and texture. You will use your knowledge, expertise and skills in all these fields to help our users successfully navigate and become comfortable with our products.

**More responsibilities in detail**:

- Work closely with the product designers, gather information and materials and execute aesthetically appealing artifacts for product requirements.
- Generate clear ideas, concepts and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.
- Work collaboratively with other designers and marketing team to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience.
- Translate business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging.
- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field.
- Understanding our existing Design Language system and working towards improving it to meet the industry standards and trends.

**What we are looking for**:

- Hands on experience with blender and creating Lottie animations is must.
- Well versed with adobe after effects.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other relevant design tools.
- Expert level skills in Working knowledge of motion graphics
- The ability to refine other people’s ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
- Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
- Passion for pushing the boundaries, trying new things, bringing new ideas to life
- Spark that separates you from the rest.
- Ability to think out of the box and on your feet.
- Strong business acumen - is able to evaluate a collateral not only on aesthetics but also on impact
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in the graphic design field.
