Looking for a Customer Experience executive for a revolutionary tea startup who can later lead a team.

Customer experience executives will be trained as a Tea Advisor hence knowledge on tea is must. Sharing a couple of links at the end of the description window on types of tea to prepare for the interview.

Salary + performance-based incentive.

Good command over English and Hindi is must.

Preferably with 6months - 12 months experience.

Need to have the ability to adapt and learn quickly and the attitude to solve problems. Profile will also involve guided sales role.

**Please prepare yourself with the following questions for the first interview round**:
1) What are different tea growing regions in India?

2) Name top 4 tea producing countries

3) What is Assam tea, Darjeeling Tea & Nilgiris tea?

4) What are the different types of tea like
- Black Tea, Green Tea, Oolong Tea, White Tea and also Puerh Tea?

5) What is first flush, second flush, third flush, spring flush, summer flush and autumn flush.

6) What is Woolah's Bagless Teadip?
