Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities: ?
Document Preparation: o Prepare and process export documentation according to customs regulations, company procedures, and customer requirements (Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, etc.). o Ensure documents are completed and in compliance with legal and commercial requirements. ?
Customs Compliance: o Review and verify all export documentation to ensure compliance with international shipping regulations. o Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities to resolve any issues related to documentation and shipment delays. ?
Liaison and Communication: o Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers to arrange the movement of goods. o Act as a point of contact for internal teams (Sales, Finance) and external customers for document-related inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications: ? Bachelor’s degree in any flied ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). ? Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. ? Ability to multitask and time management.
