Recharge Operator

**Responsibilities**:
1. Monitor Recharge System: Keep a close eye on the recharge system to ensure its uninterrupted operation and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

2. Recharge Process Management: Oversee the entire recharge process, including handling recharge requests, verifying transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely crediting of customer accounts.

3. Transaction Tracking: Maintain a record of all recharge transactions, including successful and failed transactions, and investigate any discrepancies or errors.

4. Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues related to recharges, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.

5. Recharge System Enhancement: Collaborate with the technical team to identify system improvements, enhancements, and automation opportunities to streamline the recharge process.

6. Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recharge operations, including transaction volumes, success rates, and customer feedback, and present findings to management.

**Requirements**:
1. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry or mobile network operator.

2. Familiarity with recharge systems, mobile payment platforms, and related technologies.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, vendors, and internal teams effectively.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions and maintaining records.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
