International communication with the Overseas supplier & local Vendors
- Quotation, Follow up & Tracking of shipments.
- Negotiation with Overseas agent & local vendors
- Managing the Cargo Operations & updation to customer till delivery
- Arranging Invoicing & submission of the document to the customer
- Tracking of the entire shipment movement from pick to delivery.
- Need to Build healthy relationship with shipping line, consolidators and Nvocc for executing orders received by sales team smoothly and efficiently.
- Should be able to navigate issues with shipping line and work on time bound execution of jobs such as obtaining delivery orders/ vessel schedule/ flight schedule /carting orders from shipping line, Nvocc and airlines, also should be able to communicate with Internal team members from other departments ensuring good services to customers.
- Will be a part of complex problem solving team in a client facing role.
- Should be able to negotiate best rates in market and services from shipping line, Nvocc, consolidators and airlines.
- Extensive co-ordination with customer service team, sales team and ops team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office & good typing speed.
- Excellent Speaking & communication Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Belapur, Navi Mumbai - 400614, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
