Stenographer

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the tea estate owner or senior executives.
- Manage schedules, appointments, and calendars efficiently.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and gather information as required.
- Take dictation and transcribe notes accurately using stenography skills.
- Organize and maintain files and records, both physical and electronic.
- Coordinate and arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics for executives.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and distribute relevant documents.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating tea estate events or meetings.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executives.
- Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and ordering supplies.
- Handle any other administrative duties assigned by the executives.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in stenography or shorthand, and fast typing speed.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge or interest in the tea industry is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
