**. Job Description**
- Marketing Executive shall be responsible for communicating with guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone, or through a central reservation system.
- Actively selling of package to inbound callers, customer service associate shall be persuasive and posses brilliant communication skills, generating a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service throughout the entire booking process.
- Contribute to Marketing strategies of the firm, meeting targets, goals and deadlines.

**2. Key Skills**

**3.Qualification and Experience**

Diploma/degree in Business/Marketing or related fields, or graduation in any other discipline with good communication skills in English and Hindi.

Or;
Diploma/ Degree in Hotel Management/ Tourism and Hospitality with relevant experience in Sales and Reservations

and;
A minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, customer interaction, client management or any related fields.

**4. Remuneration**

CTC 1.80 lakhs to 3.00 lakhs per annum

**6.Location**

Sector 56, Gurugram

**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
