Sales Operations Coordinator

**Position: Sales Operations Support**

**Role Description**

This is a full-time in - office role for Sales Operations Support. The role involves tasks such as generating leads, doing inbound sales, making quotations, supporting the sales team with operational tasks, processing orders, managing customer queries, updating databases etc. The Back Sales Support will also assist with customer service calls and ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires working and collaborating closely with the Sales & Operations team.

**Qualification & Skills Required**
- Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in Sales Operations, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business management or related field
- Knowledge of Google automation / CRM software
- Use of AI can be additional benefit
- Experience in the building material industry is a plus
- FEMALE CANDIDATES **preferred**

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with sales processes, experience in the building material / construction industry, and architectural products or B2B segment experience would be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹22,787.71 - ₹40,075.28 per month
