Blush and Bloom India is looking for a search engine marketer for assisting the performance marketing lead in optimizing paid campaigns to drive sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the SEM initiatives - strategizing, planning, and execution
- Collaborate with the SEM executives for keyword research and complementary campaigns
- Research, analyze and benchmark against competitor performance
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Manage both Search and Display campaigns
- Track, analyse and summarize program results and progress
- Be able to clearly convey and explain search engine best practices to company associates and to clients.
- Perform daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, other search platforms for websites targeted across various categories
- Maintenance and monitoring of keyword bids, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics
- Monitor competitive and industry trends and translates them into actionable recommendations
- Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.

**Skills**:

- Experience in proven optimization techniques, and bid management skills in Search Engine Marketing, PPC
- Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools
- Proficiency in managing PPC accounts on AdWords, AdCenter maintaining pages, and creating social engagement on Facebook /Marketplaces like Amazon/Flipkart
- Hands on experience managing AdWords retargeting/remarketing campaigns is a must
- Knowledge of SEO for SEM purposes
- Superior knowledge of Paid Media tools and analytics platforms
- Have a strong knowledge of digital marketing platform like Facebook ads, Google ads other PPC Channels, contextual ads.

**Additional Requirements**:

- No less than 2 years’ experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
- Passionate, entrepreneurial self-starter
- Accountable and self-motivated to meet overall marketing objectives
- Strong technical skills or ability to quickly learn technical concepts
- Detail-oriented with effective verbal, written, and visual communication skills for a variety of audiences, logical and analytical approach while interpreting the numbers

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
