**Job Description**:
**Specific Activities**:

- Find out the potential vendors, billing type, business scenarios which is sending document via eINTRACE to the receiving company code which will go live in PISA(eDOC)
- Prepare the test case for each scenario for testing.
- Maintaining the different tables within BBM non BBM entities for CC rollout.
- Maintain customer master data (KNVP) with receiver plant code under “partner description” for Ship to (100% accuracy)
- Setup a billing job for eDOC process and secondary billing job for failed invoice
- Ensure UD / Monitoring team should regularly monitor eDoc from sender side
- If the sender entity is non-BBM, ensure BBM transports must be copied in non-BBM system.
- All the GS activity must be ensured in the non-BBM system with the support from UD, Co-ordinate with non-BBM entity UD for testing and production setup

**Responsibilities**
- Strong project management with SAP (R3 and S4) experiences is must, Knowledge of A2A, APM, PISA tool will help to integrate well with the roll-outs activities.
- Person should have hand on experience handling BR’s.
- Structured implementation approach, Strong Co-ordinates with multiple stakeholders e.g BDs, Springtime, logistics, Material Management, user etc.
- Drive the topic dynamically, implement out of the box ideas regress follow-ups, maintain the strict timelines, convincing his point of view with data to show the ownership for the topic.
- Flexible to handle multitasking based on the demand of the projects, Support topics etc.
- Interface between accounting and other specialist departments, IT and central areas as well as business areas in the context of driving the topics.
- Planning and coordination of tests, training, and migrating data from testing to production systems.
- Sparring partner to the Global/Regional Service Manager, Guides and supports Operational areas proactively (CIP, Standardization).
- Acts as an expert in Accounts Payable, A2A, APM, PISA and Invoice Management.

Any PG Degree
