**Responsibilities**:
**Clothing Design**:

- **Sports Apparel Design**:

- Develop innovative and functional designs for sports apparel, with a focus on comfort, performance, and style.
- Stay abreast of trends in sports fashion and integrate relevant elements into designs.
- **Technical Specifications**:

- Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for production.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
- **Material Selection**:

- Work closely with suppliers to select high-quality fabrics and materials suitable for sports apparel.
- Ensure that selected materials meet performance and durability requirements.
- **Prototyping and Testing**:

- Oversee the prototyping and testing phases to ensure the functionality and performance of sports apparel.
- Implement improvements based on testing feedback.

**Merchandising**:

- **Product Planning**:

- Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan sports apparel lines based on market demand and brand positioning.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels, analyze sales data, and make data-driven decisions on stock replenishment.
- **Market Positioning**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively position sports apparel in the market.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure that designs and merchandising efforts align with the overall brand image and identity.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Clothing Designer and Merchandiser in the sports apparel industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful sports apparel designs and merchandising strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of sports fashion trends, fabrics, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or a related field.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
