**JOB DESCRIPTION- INSTALLATION SUPERVISOR**:
**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and supervise the installation and commissioning of SIG machinery assemblies.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and guidelines during installation activities.
- Provide support to the assembly team in understanding and executing detailed instructions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical issues encountered during installation.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure proper alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of installation activities and any modifications made.
- Conduct training sessions for shop floor personnel on machinery operation and maintenance procedures.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of required components.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and shop floor staff.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in installation procedures.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Proven experience in coordinating and supervising installation activities in an industrial setting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in the local language preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in SIG installation or similar industrial machinery is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
- Basic understanding of PLC systems and machinery automation concepts is beneficial but not required.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred.

**Duration: Temporary (4 Months) at AHMEDABAD**
