**Job Title**: Boom Lift Operator
Boom truck/boom lift operators needed, with the potential for raises based on performance.
**Job Overview**: As a boom lift operator for tower installation sites, you will be responsible for operating boom lifts to assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of communication, electrical, or other types of towers. Your primary focus will be on safely maneuvering the boom lift to lift personnel and equipment to elevated positions, ensuring the work site remains safe and productive.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Boom Lift Operation**: Safely operate boom lifts to transport personnel, tools, and equipment to elevated work areas on tower installation sites.
- **Safety Compliance**: Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring all safety procedures are followed during boom lift operations to prevent accidents and injuries.
- **Equipment Inspection**: Conduct pre-operational inspections of boom lifts to ensure they are in proper working condition, reporting any defects or malfunctions to supervisors immediately.
- **Communication**: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members and supervisors regarding lift operations, work progress, and any safety concerns.
- **Load Management**: Ensure that the boom lift is not overloaded and that all materials and equipment are properly secured before lifting.
- **Site Preparation**: Assist in setting up and preparing the work site for tower installation activities, including positioning the boom lift and securing the area for safe operation.
- **Troubleshooting**: Troubleshoot minor issues with the boom lift as they arise, performing basic maintenance tasks or notifying maintenance personnel for repairs as needed.
- **Mandatory Documents **(Aadhar card, Driving license)
The date of birth on the license must match the date of birth on the Aadhar card.
