**About the Role**:
We are looking for builders and straight up hustlers to help us scale our Salesforce CRM by onboarding more internal teams like Accounts Management, Renewals, Endorsement etc. A Salesforce CPQ Administrator/Developer would be the one who has consistently delivered high internal customer satisfaction and thrive in taking full ownership of delivering delight to all the stakeholder who would be end users of the Salesforce at Plum. We don’t pretend that it’ll be easy - joining a company and embarking on the scale-up phase is an amazing challenge, pushing well beyond the boundaries of natural growth cycles. You’ll move quicker than feels comfortable and be brilliant at continually re-prioritizing what must get done.

**Responsibilities**:

- Gather and analyse business requirements and critical data elements across functional areas as an expert in Salesforce CPQ configuration.
- Deliver recommendations for business process improvements and implement recommendation
- Manage day-to-day administration and configuration of the Salesforce platform.
- Become a champion for the data that lives within our CRM — ensuring that our sales, ABM, Accounts Management teams are entering information correctly, updating as needed, and that our handoff to customer success (CS) is accurate.
- Sales, ABM and CS tech stack management: which can include other tools like Sales Navigator, Hubspot, Salestrail, Zendesk etc.
- Experienced with workflows, process builders, triggers and lightning flows.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop business and technical requirements for features to be built on the CRM.
- Manage organisation licences, and costs in collaboration with the team members.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with at least 1+ years as a Salesforce CPQ Administrator.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce CPQ. Salesforce CPQ certification is not a must but good to have.
- Experience of working in a B2B Sales driven environment is a plus.
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of tools in the revenue stack: CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platform, Lead/Contact Enrichment tools, Sales Enablement, Marketing Automation Platforms (HubSpot a plus).
- Strong adherence to SLAs and processes.
