We are currently seeking a highly driven
**Sr**
**Salesforce Administrator** to join our Finance team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in the world’s most dynamic and fastest growing sector. Enverus is the right company at the right time.

**Performance Objectives**
- Provide solutions leadership and best practices on the SFDC CPQ platform
- Work with business stakeholders to understand their business processes, prioritize information needs, and translate business requirements into systems solutions
- Analyze, design, and configure SFDC CPQ & Billing solutions
- Liaison between customer stakeholders and Sovereign CRM development/technical team to communicate requirements for solution design, development, testing, and implementation
- Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
- Assist with project management, planning, and coordination of project activities
- Experience in Business Analysis, SFDC Platform Design, and Implementations
- Exceptionally collaborative, flexible, and adaptable when working with customers and various team
- Salesforce Advanced certifications (CPQ, Salesforce Billing) required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers and coworker
- Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems issues.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience defining business requirements and use cases
- Product Selection, Bundling and Configuration Rules, Pricing and Discounting, Quote Output Generation, Contracting Process
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as managing permissions, page layouts, templates, approvals, workflow, products, price books, reports, and dashboards.
- Strong Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Communities and nice to have Salesforce Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud experience and certification
- Experience with enterprise clients
- Ability to work during customer time zones (EST, CST or PST)
- 3+ years of Salesforce experience, preferably working on multiple Salesforce instances in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; ability to successfully deal with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologies.
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to execute on multiple tasks and projects.
- Self-starter with track record of creativity and innovation; not afraid to “chase down” answers.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills with great business sense.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
