Hospital Insurance Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Insurance Claims Processing**: Manage and process insurance claims efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
- **Coordination with Insurance Companies**: Act as a liaison between the hospital and insurance providers, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of claims.
- **Pre-Authorization & Approvals**: Obtain pre-authorization from insurance companies for procedures and hospital admissions.
- **Verification of Patient Insurance**: Verify patient insurance details, eligibility, and coverage before treatment or hospitalization.
- **Claims Follow-up**: Track and follow up on pending claims, rejections, and underpayments to ensure timely payments.
- **Documentation & Records**: Maintain up-to-date records of insurance claims, settlements, and pending approvals.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that all insurance procedures comply with hospital policies and relevant healthcare regulations.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Minimum of **1 year of experience** in insurance coordination in a hospital setting.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare insurance processes and claim procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in managing documentation and working with hospital management software.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹15,409.54 - ₹31,059.06 per month
