We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Office (CEO) to spearhead the organization’s efforts in achieving its mission of technology development, innovation, and engagement within the startup ecosystem, academic institutions, and government agencies. This role demands a visionary leader capable of meeting the ambitious targets set by the National Mission on Interdisciplinary Cyber-Physical Systems (NMICPS). The CEO will oversee business operations, drive sales and marketing strategies, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

**Key Responsibilities**

1. Lead the development and execution of the foundation’s strategy in alignment with the goals set by NMICPS.

2. Oversee the foundation’s technology development projects, ensuring they contribute to the innovation ecosystem.

3. Engage with Corporates, start-ups, academic institutions, and government bodies to foster partnerships and collaborations.

4. Drive the organization’s financial performance and ensure sustainability through effective business development and sales strategies.

5. Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

6. Report progress and challenges to the Board of Directors and NMICPS as required.

7. Represent the foundation in public forums, enhancing its visibility and impact in the technology innovation sector.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Business Administration

2. Minimum of 25+ years of overall experience with high-level Executive Management roles across technology and business development, preferably in the Government and Technology sectors.

3. Strong experience in Technology development and business development.

4. Experience in working with the Industry, corporates, Government, technology innovation and start-up ecosystem.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with stakeholders.

6. Strategic thinker with a track record of achieving organisational goals and targets.

7. Familiarity working with Govt Technology Driven Business and Architecture ( IndEA).

8. Familiarity with legal and financial aspects of non-profit management and compliance.

**General Instructions**:
Pay: ₹2,400,000.00 - ₹3,600,000.00 per year
