**General Insurance**:
1.For Existing/Own renewals: Arranging renewal notice from an existing insurer,comparing with other insurance companies to check for the best price to be shared with the customer for quote finalization.

2. Making a renewal list every month for the coming month to start the follow-up with customers for timely renewals.

3. For New (Request for quotations) RFQ: Comparing & Arranging at least 3 levels of quotes as per the requirement of the customer from various insurance companies that we have tied up with.

4. Policy Onboarding/Creation on various insurance companies & portals as per the data/details given by the customer.

5. Following up with insurance companies for policy issuance.

6. Providing clarity (Query resolution) prior to policy issuance (if needed) & post-policy login in proper coordination with insurance companies & relationship managers.

7. Updating Data of all issued policies in MS Excel/MS - Google Docs on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

**Life Insurance**:
1. Renewal premium cheque collection / online payment link generation for an existing customer to pay renewal premium before the due date.

2. Keeping renewal premium due data up to date so that no existing customer misses paying renewal premium by regularly following up with the customer.

3. Understanding the Requirements of customers & make proper quote comparisons as per customer requirements.

4. Sharing Product information like Sales illustrations, brochures, and policy wordings with customers for knowledge sharing before customer onboarding.

5. Arranging the required documents from the customer before the policy login process start.

6. Policy Login, query resolution & policy issuance from start to the end.

7. Coordination with the Sales/RM team of respective insurance companies for query resolution & policy issuance.

**Mutual Funds**:
1. Online transaction: Initiating online transaction payment link for lumpsum & SIP as per customer request.

2. Offline transaction: Form filing & readiness for submission to respective mutual fund AMC offices.

3) Change Request forms filing & completion in line with requirements of each AMC.

4) Follow up for pending request completion with respective AMC.

DATA MANAGEMENT - General/Life/Mutual Funds:

- Checking MIS Data from all insurance companies with which we have tie-ups for renewals so that no renewal business gets missed.
- Data Management of all the office copies on a daily, weekly & monthly basis in office records post policy generation & issuance along with all the supporting documents & information relevant to each case.
- File & data management of receipts
- Timely update of Financial documents of the organization like bank statements, Incometax documents, GST documents, etc.
