Location: Hyderabad, IN- Company: GMR Infrastructure Ltd.**JOB PURPOSE**:
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Corporate Sector payments, daily & weekly fund position report and adhering to regulatory and statutory norrns and providing necessary information to management as required.
The role is responsible for verification, validation and release of Purchase order created by the PO Factory team in SSC from accounting and commercial viewpoint. The role requires business knowledge, commercial knowledge, analytical skills and high degree of accounting and tax knowledge in order to ensure that Category of PO, accounts and tax related field selection is proper and correct as per the prevailing guidelines. Apart from this the position also to ensure that efficiency and quality and meeting the TAT timelines in delivery.

Operations:
Review of Pos created by the PO factory in the SAP from accounting, financial and taxation aspects like PO series, vendor code, rate, amount total amount with reference to the note for approval (NFA), GL code, Payment terms, Delivery terms, commercial terms, PBG/RBG/ABG clauses, Correct Vendor, HSN Codes, Tax Codes, Filling of All the Header text tabs etc.)
In case of any discrepancies observed the same is to get it corrected through the PO factory / concerned team.
Post verification and correction, if any, the PO is to be released in the SAP.
Review of Amendment to the Pos made by the PO factory in the SSC and release thereof with respect to the aspects as mentioned above.
Address the queries, if any, received from Business P & C team, PO factory team
During the period, Support the other teams to handle specific areas of operations like
- Expense Provision at the period end
- Supplier reconciliation as and when needed
Conduct metrics monitoring and ensure resolution to issues and quality audits in order to assure timely service to the stakeholders
Ensuring timely reconciliations & resolutions
Daily activities by facilitating continuous process improvements and knowledge sharing/transfer reports in order to drive standardization of processes. KPI/ SLAs monitoring
Governance
Focus on internal controls especially to statutory requirements -ICFR and accounting policies
Work on remediation of gaps identified as part of various audits - Internal and External
Define /strengthen processes to ensure better controls in processes Cadence of Governance meetings help during the review period
Aged and Open observation
Accuracy and timeliness of Query response
Process Improvements
Supports continuous improvement in the team by proactively identifying areas of process simplification, improvement and automation through tools and technology. Change Requests/Initiatives logged by the team
Improvement in Accuracy, TAT and other SLA parameters
Ad hoc activities
Support in attending other ad-hoc activities assigned by Manager as per Management requirements Timeliness

**RELEVANT EXPERIENCE**:
- With minimum 5-7 years’ experience with good SAP Knowledge, word & Excel.
