Position: Sales Executive

Location: Pune

Role Overview:
As a Sales Executive at Kangaru Polymers, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving ambitious targets in the competitive Pune market. Your primary responsibility will be to generate revenue by promoting and selling our comprehensive range of construction chemical products and solutions. With a sales target of 2.5 Crore per annum, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success story of Kangaru Polymers and make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve the assigned sales target of 2.5 Crore per annum for the Pune region. Identify potential customers, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.

30% New Client Development: Proactively prospect and acquire new clients in the construction industry, including contractors, builders, architects, and consultants. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and foster long-term partnerships.

03 - 05 Key Account client Management: Efficiently manage and nurture existing key accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and maximizing sales opportunities. Understand their unique needs, provide technical assistance, conduct product demonstrations, and offer customized solutions to ensure recurring business.

Quarterly Market Analysis and Competitor Monitoring: Stay abreast of market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities. Analyse market dynamics to identify potential opportunities, challenges, and areas for product improvement or innovation.

Monthly Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, diligently track sales performance, and regularly report on key metrics and KPIs. Provide valuable insights, recommendations, and updates to the sales management team.

Persuasive Sales Presentations and Product Training: Conduct impactful sales presentations, compelling product demonstrations, and informative training sessions for clients, distributors, and internal teams. Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Kangaru Polymers' products and solutions.

Collaborative Approach: Foster close collaboration with the technical support team, marketing department, and other relevant departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Promptly address customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring their swift resolution.

Continuous Learning and Skill Development: Stay abreast of industry developments, enhance product knowledge, and refine sales techniques. Actively participate in training programs and workshops to continuously improve your sales skills and expand your expertise in construction chemicals.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets, preferably in the construction chemical industry with Minimum 1 Cr. Value of Sales Achievement in Pune region.
- Strong network and established relationships in the Pune construction industry, encompassing contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with customers.
- Astute business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented individual with a proactive approach.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: ₹8,495.79 - ₹33,199.78 per month
