Excellent communication skills -including English writing and speaking advanced proficiency

- Demonstrated accounting, finance and/or data analysis skills required
- Strong number sense and desire to understand what the numbers say and question their validity is a must
- Accounting or Business degree required
- Experience with general ledger system and MSOffice suite required. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM or established data management system preferred.
- Oversees the end-to-end contracts management workflow for assigned clients including: Grant Management System (GMS) administration; input data collection, management and verification; contracts processing & submissions; oversees accounting interface related to contracts; reporting; analysis and quality control
- Ensure timely submission of accurate client contract information to funder(s) for vouchers, budgets and related filing reports
- Ensure accurate agency payroll allocations - Ensure accurate data is provided for entry into the GMS
- Confirm and maintain receivable activities of assigned clients to ensure timely collection of receivables including weekly review of account receivables and follow up with funders on outstanding payments
- Perform weekly review of cash flow for accurate contract receipts forecasts
- Monitor the client’s contract(s) spending to maximize client reimbursement and General Ledger accuracy
- Escalate all issues affecting a client voucher and/or issues with the funder to the Deputy Client Manager and Client Manager to proactively manage and resolve the issue for the client
- Attend various team and client meetings. Attend and participate in various client funder, contract and /or audit training
- Assist in development of the agency annual budget ensuring all contracts are appropriately budgeted, staff appropriately © 2018 Consero Solution India Pvt. Ltd. No disclosure, copying or distribution without the permission of Consero allocated, allocated expenses appropriately reflected and other duties as assigned by Client Manager and Deputy Client Manager
- Assist in annual agency audits and serve as support to Deputy Client Manager who be the lead for funder audits of contracts - Perform other related tasks or assignments as needed

**Salary**: ₹665,960.22 - ₹1,205,492.58 per year
