Deposit Sales Executive

**Job Summary**:
The Deposit Sales Executive will be responsible for driving the growth of deposit products by identifying potential customers, promoting deposit services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role requires a proactive approach to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the financial institution.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales & Business Development**:
- Actively identify and approach potential customers to offer deposit products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets for deposit products.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences for deposit products.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide personalized financial advice to customers regarding their savings and deposit options.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and resolving customer inquiries promptly.
- **Product Promotion**:
- Promote the benefits of deposit products through presentations, workshops, and one-on-one meetings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for deposit products.
- Participate in promotional events and activities to increase product awareness.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager, detailing progress against targets.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the sales process and deposit product offerings.
- **Compliance & Documentation**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and account information.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of deposit products and financial markets.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- High level of integrity and commitment to ethical sales practices.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend events.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
