** Academic Administration**:

- Develop and implement academic policies, procedures, and regulations in

collaboration with university leadership, faculty, and other stakeholders.
- Oversee the registration process, including course scheduling, class enrollment, and

grade reporting.
- Coordinate the academic calendar, including semester dates, examination

schedules, and registration deadlines.
- Collaborate with academic departments and faculty to ensure accurate and up-to
- date curriculum information.

**Student Records and Services**:

- Oversee the management of student records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and

compliance with privacy regulations.
- Develop and implement student registration systems and processes, including online

portals, to facilitate efficient enrollment and record management.
- Coordinate the issuance of transcripts, certificates, and other official documents

related to student records.
- Provide guidance and support to students regarding academic regulations, policies,

and graduation requirements.

**Compliance and Reporting**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards

pertaining to academic administration and student records.
- Prepare and submit reports to government agencies, accrediting bodies, and other

stakeholders as required.
- Stay abreast of changes in higher education regulations and policies and implement

necessary updates to ensure compliance.

**Staff Management and Development**:

- Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff responsible for various registrar

functions, including registration, records management, and student services.
- Provide training and professional development opportunities to staff members to

enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, collaboration,

and effective communication.

**Institutional Committees and Collaborations**:

- Serve as a member of various institutional committees, contributing to strategic

planning, policy development, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with other university departments, such as admissions, financial aid, and

academic advising, to ensure efficient coordination and support for students.
- Represent the registrar & office in university-wide events, meetings, and initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
