**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**
- **On-Page SEO**:

- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and images.
- Ensure website architecture and structure is optimized for search engines.
- Implement and manage internal linking strategies.
- Plan, develop and implement our SEO strategy
- Work towards organic search optimization and increasing organic traffic.
- Regularly perform thorough keywords research
- Identify key SEO KPIs
- Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
- Prepare and present reports regularly
- Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
- Collaborate with web developers and other teams
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO, digital marketing latest trends and best practices
- **Off-Page SEO**:

- Execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority.
- Manage relationships with external websites and bloggers for backlink opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze backlink profiles.
- **Technical SEO**:

- Conduct regular technical audits of the website.
- Optimize website speed and performance.
- Implement schema markup and rich snippets.

**2. Paid Advertising**
- **Google Ads**:

- Create, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Search and Display Networks.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- **Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)**:

- Develop and implement paid social media strategies.
- Create engaging ad creatives and compelling copy.
- Manage and optimize campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track and report on performance metrics.

**3. Local SEO & Google My Business (GMB)**
- Optimize GMB listings for multiple locations.
- Ensure consistency in NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) across all local citations.
- Respond to customer reviews and questions on GMB.
- Implement local SEO strategies to improve visibility in local search results.

**4. Analytics & Reporting**
- Utilize Google Analytics to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Generate comprehensive reports on website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance.
- Use data insights to refine and optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in Google Analytics.

**5. Content Strategy & Management**
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are applied.
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with SEO goals.
- Ensure content is optimized for both search engines and user experience.

**6. Collaboration & Communication**
- Work closely with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
- Coordinate with the design team to create visually appealing and effective ad creatives.
- Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML/CSS.
- **Soft Skills**:

- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- **Preferred Skills**:

- **Certifications**: Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, SEO certifications.
