**About the Role**:
As the first point of contact for our school community, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and efficient learning environment. Your responsibilities will range from greeting visitors and parents to managing administrative tasks and ensuring a smooth front office operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome visitors, parents, and students with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages.
- Manage the front desk by scheduling appointments, maintaining visitor logs, and processing documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and data entry (as needed).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Coordinate with school staff to ensure smooth workflow and efficient communication.
- May be responsible for some basic accounting tasks (depending on experience).

Responsibilities for tele caller:
Sales Assistance: Outbound/Inbound calls, meet sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
