**Job Title: Fresher Ecommerce Executive**

**Job Summary**:
As a Fresher Ecommerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting various aspects of the ecommerce operations within our organization. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in the dynamic field of ecommerce. You will be responsible for assisting in tasks related to online sales, customer service, product management, and general administrative duties within the ecommerce department.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing and Management**:

- Assist in uploading product listings onto the ecommerce platform.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Monitor inventory levels and update product availability as necessary.
- **Order Processing and Fulfillment**:

- Process customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Track shipments and communicate shipping details to customers as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and returns or exchanges.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Assist in analyzing sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Generate reports on key ecommerce metrics such as sales performance, conversion rates, and customer feedback.
- **Website Maintenance**:

- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure the ecommerce website is functioning optimally.
- Help troubleshoot technical issues and contribute ideas for website improvements.
- **Marketing Support**:

- Assist in monitoring and optimizing online advertising efforts to drive traffic and sales.
- **General Administrative Tasks**:

- Provide general administrative support to the ecommerce department, including filing, organizing documents, and scheduling meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of ecommerce platforms and online retail processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Prior internship or coursework related to ecommerce is a plus.

Working Time : 10 Am to 8 Pm

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
