**Responsibilities of Support Executive**
- Ability to handle customers with a positive attitude & Strong English communication
- Troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing and correcting faults
- Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
